This item was recommended to me by a friend who is a physical therapist The quality of the ice pad is good, the size is excellent and the pad stays cold for a good amount of time. I also like having the two pads as there is always a back-up when someone (hubby) forgets to put one back in the freezer.

These are good quality and work great around the neck, helps cool me off after mowing in my hot climate

Great product. Works well for the shoulder and back. Even used it for my head when I had a concussion. It only stays REALLY cold for about a half hour but it's not supposed to be kept on the skin longer than 20 minutes, so I guess that's okay. Gets cold quickly in the freezer, too.

Nice soft but strong fabric cover, works great.

they are great perfect size love them

need to be able to get it tighter on the back of the neck and top of the spine.

these get very cold, which can be a good and a not so good thing. they do not come with a cover, so you need to put a barrier between the ice pack and your skin. they are also just slightly too short to be able to position over each shoulder well and not fall off if you move your head. Because they don't have a cover, additionally, as they are warming up by being on your body, condensation will drip off of them. definitely not the best choice for an ice pack.

They were good size and stay cold for a fair amount of time when used. I had problems with them shortly after i received them they developed little tears in them not very durable.

i did not like the way it fit my shoulders.
