Good price and great machine
it works. just a difficult setup and doesn't get very cold
Unit is very noisy. Not insulated.
First, this package was left on the side of the road and not delivered to my house. Second, the first time I used the machine it worked really well. The next two times I tried to use the circulating cold ice machine, the pump would not pump cold water through the tubes to the pads. I had rotator cuff surgery this past Wednesday and was really counting on this Polar Vortex equipment to work. Now all I have is just a really expensive ($179.00) ice bucket!! I ordered this equipment online from WALMART from PAIN MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES, AKRON OHIO
