Bad shipping
The shipping date and timeline was a lie. This is important because the equipment is necessary for post surgical care on a specific time basis. I'm happy to reconsider this review once the seller addresses the delay with an explanation and a clear expectations. I was notified of a delay without two days before the expect arrival any details or new date of arrival. I believe the product hasn't even been shipped yet. Please reach out to me.
