I had Achilles surgery and this was good for my swelling. I like the fact that it just slides on and is very comfortable. The only thing is I wish the coldness would let a little longer. I bought 2 so I could swap out.
This will not fit around a swollen foot/ankle where it is meant to be used! Waste of money, in my opinion.
They Do Not stay cold at all. I'm returning mine! I hope
