Every time I order and it has a delivery date, it ends up coming late or wal-mart giving me a refund because it doesn't come. Just recently ordered a microwave and got it 8 days after initial date and now dress yesterday and it's delayed. That's why I order on Amazon. And I'm a lifetime discount holder. Did 22 years with Walmart

The product itself is great. The labeling sucks. Product description says it can be microwaved. The box the product comes in says do not microwave. wrote to the vendor and they said yes it is microwaveable and sent instructions. DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. I microwaved it for about 00:50, less than half the time they said to start off with, and it was unbearably hot. had i done the one minute on each side like the directions said, I think it would have burst. So, once I figured out the labeling and directions were junk, I have had good experience with the actual product. oh, also the initially sent me only one rather than a two pack, but they fixed that error promptly.

I bought this to help with arthritis in my lower back. The Velcro straps did not fit me. I am a thin guy. My waist is 30 Inches. The length of the Velcro strap made it impossible to fit. I improvised by folding over the strap and used tape to make the strap shorter. The tape made it fit snugly. After 3 or more hours in the freezer I put it around my waist. Within a short amount of time the entire thing was room temperature. It did not stay cold very long.
