Coleman® 3-Panel 600 Lumens LED Lantern

I purchased this lantern to replace an older style 4-panel LED Lantern which was damaged by leaking batteries. I love this new version. This 3-panel, 600 lumen lantern is much lighter and plenty bright for my camping needs. Rather than storing it away with my camping gear, I carry it with me in my truck wherever I go. I recommend it and would buy it again.

A friend recommended this lantern for emergency purposes. I like the ability to charge my phone as well the detachable sections of the lantern. I would highly recommend it.

Easy to clean and keep stored. Lights up a lot and for miles long. Love the way it have a lot of features to use and last a long time without charging or changing the battery. Absolutely no smell to this product.

I've been using the Coleman 3-Panel 600 Lumen Lantern for a few months now, mostly for camping trips and the occasional backyard gathering, and I have to say – it's one of the most practical and versatile lanterns I've owned. At 600 lumens, this thing puts out a good amount of light. It's bright enough to light up a campsite, a tent, or a picnic table area without being blinding. The three detachable panels are a game-changer. You can hand them out to other people if they're going to the bathroom or setting up a tent away from the main area. I was pleasantly surprised by how long the batteries last. With decent quality D batteries in the base, I've gotten several nights of use before needing to swap them out. The individual panels don't last quite as long, but they charge up fairly quickly when docked. It's built tough enough to survive a few drops and some light rain. I wouldn't leave it out in a storm, but it's definitely durable and well-made. Classic Coleman ruggedness. I've used it more often than I thought I would — and not just outdoors. Highly recommended for families, campers, or anyone wanting a good emergency light setup.

One can never have too many flashlights. This flashlight is bright and will light up any dark area. We camp a lot and we always need plenty of light at night It's durable and sturdy enough for our needs.

Great for outdoor and power outages! The LEDs are bright and a pure white that gives a clear light. The 3 panel design gives multi directional lighting

So far so good. Like for use with the family of 5 (can leave the base and have 3 separate lights), but wish it was either rechargeable or worked with the CPX-6 battery/rechargeable base.

Getting ready for hurricane season, last year for Irma we had no power for 6 days! The Coleman lattern that I ordered is very nice but the battery part is alittle confusing. Now I need a battery operated fan! Thank you.

This unit uses 4, D Cell Batteries in the Base...that "recharge" 3, AA Cell Batteries in each separate panel. Our AA Batteries had to be replaced, and the 4, D Cell Batteries didn't last long when used to charge the panels. It's a product made in anticipation of consumer needs, not made by consulting what is needed by consumers and is a clunky, head-scratcher of a product as a result. A simple LED Headlight with AA or AAA Batteries is far more versatile in a Camp Setting, with multiple light settings, and frees your hands for: Cooking, Restroom Needs, Tent Reading, Avoiding Night-Time Navigation Hazards & Playing Games. This is the worst Coleman product we've encountered and I would rate it 0/5 Stars if possible. We truly love camping and this product is a waste of resources, plain and simple.

One of the panel lights does not work properly. Lite as a whole works fine when all panels are attached. I would not buy again
