Works great but Assembly Instructions need help.
Instructions were video only with no verbal instructions which moved too fast. had to watch several times at each stage to figure out correct assembly. PDF with simple written instructions with photos would have save time and made it much easier. Once we figured out how to put it together, we have been very happy with performance. Probably should also include at least link to maintaining proper water chemistry for novice pool/spa owners.

The hot tub is smaller and not as many features as the one I wanted, as it was out of stock but cost more

easy assembly and then filling was quick. in the hot tub in 8 hours. temperature was very good. would tell anyone to get one.

Enjoying my spa!!
Directions were clear and easy enough for 1 person to assemble. Motor is very light weight and I had no issues assembling the attachments. Works great with all the features. I wouldn't fit more than 2 people, but says 2 to 4. I have it located where the sun shines and it has some shade, but tub and cover will lose air due to the sun. I would recommend for a low cost enjoyment.

Spa is nice however we have to change the filter often and haven't tried in winter yet. Not sure it will feel hot enough.

Can't locate the air leakj
Outer box came in damaged. Set it all up, filled with air and water only to have the tub deflate due to an airleak somewhere, could not find it. Assembly instructions not the greatest (went on Youtube for further instructions), Now I'm trying to return-had to do it in two boxes, hard to fold deflated hot tub and cover. Would certainly not recommend.

nice looking, but poor quality
just bought this week, and hasnt held air, fixed a puncture that was already on the tub, and cant find the other one, have to fill it with air every few hours... want to to return it. poor quality
