I wasn't sure what to do or how to use them but I found a recipe online for a play on oysters Rockefeller. I was scared and excited to try and I was not disappointed. It was a tasty dish. I think next time, I'd like to try them fried. I have been a fan of canned sardines and now I can add canned oysters to it. They are a definite must try.
