I bought two electric coffee pot in the span of a year and both quit working. Bought this coffee pot for stove top and has proven to be very efficient.

Get this for it's beauty and quality but mostly for the flavor of perked! No chemicals! Once you find your perfect cup you won't want any other coffee. Takes 15 to twenty minutes and worth it all. It won't take long to get the perfect strength for you.

I liked the style and look of this item. The pot was to be used as much for heating water for tea or coffee, as it was to make coffee. For some reason, I thought it was made in the USA, but it is made in China. The metal appears to be of good quality. The lid is attached with a hinge and it is rather loose. I would prefer a different attachment method , it serves its' purpose. From a design standpoint the wooden handle is appealing. I did not want a metal handle that would be too hot to hold/handle. The handle is small on this 6 cup pot and is difficult for me to hold. I would prefer a larger pot and handle with a little different design. I have not made coffee in it, so I can not say whether it makes a good pot of coffee.

We use this at home for making coffee. It works. It does need coffee filters but they are inexpensive. Percolating coffee is a neat process but could require more attention and getting used to if you want to dial in a specific taste. I like the simplicity but think the build could be more robust - though that would likely only raise the price.

Nice little stove top coffee pot! I like the classic vintage design. I would have preferred the manufacture made the sprout holes above the 6 cup full line rather then below. Be careful to turn the heat down so it does not make a mess on your stove.

It's overpriced. The handle was attached crookedly, and the metal is thin.
