Colgate 360 Advanced Battery Powered Toothbrush with Cheek & Tongue Cleaner

I really like this product however I am having great difficulty in getting replacement heads. I have tried all my local chemists and supermarkets but no one stocks them. It is a real pity that the product is let down by this. Much as I like it I will not buy another due to this problem getting the replacement heads.

I was quite happy with the product but now I need head replacements and they are nowhere to buy. I'd like to recommend your product when I know where to buy head replacements

I bought this product 3 months ago when I got my braces, it worked very well, my teeth looked amazing each day,very white and much cleaner then when I used a normal toothbrush. Sadly, after waking up yesterday morning to find it stopped working , at first I thought it was the battery's but it wasn't the case, I tried everything. Very disapointed it broke in just 3 months, was such a good product.

I bought mine about 3 weeks ago and it really made a difference to me but unfortunately died yesterday. I switched out the old batteries only finding out that it would never turn on ever again :( Very disappointing knowing that I invested money into this.

Has the replacement heads for this toothbrush been discontinued, because I can't find them anywhere. It's a shame because I really liked this toothbrush.

I had this product for two months and now it won't work! I'm really frustrated because I liked it! I replaced the batteries and I guess because of the design water must have gotten into the device since it isn't working.

This toothbrush is not bad. Push button is nicer than slider switch with wet fingers. Colgate needs to invest in some medium bristles. My teeth just don't feel as clean, gums not as good. Also replacement heads are not available, how about getting them to stores?

Bought the toothbrush in DEC. Its quiet and super effective. I am up late every night recovering the house after my twin 18 month old boys go thru it. Now less than 3 months it died. New battery no change. Can't return it. Who keeps a receipt for a store not in their state?.what do i do? Buy another and it fail?

My wife and i were pretty happy to get those Colgate 360, but we're trying to get heads replacement (soft) and we got a hard time to find them although other brands are available everywhere. Today i checked online to see if i can get some, and i discover that the set of 2 is more expensive than the price of two new toothbrushes Colgate 360. So first, it is really annoying, and second i though Colgate was kinda eco friendly.

I'm so disappointed with this product. I wanted to buy an electric toothbrush and thought this would be a great value investment. When I got it out of its packaging, I noticed the poor design meant it couldn't even stand up on its own for being top heavy with a disproportionate and small base. When I use the toothbrush it also leaks from the back- it's extremely irritating and very messy. Toothpaste dribbles out from the gap in the back and goes everywhere; all over my hands and the floor. I won't be buying this product again.
