This was amazing at getting my teeth feeling very clean. The battery and maintenance last a long time which is helpful. The handle was comfortable in holding and the vibration was so nice on my teeth and gums!

the buttons did not work and it was not the battery, but it was returned for a full refudn

I have used these toothbrushes for a while now, and sometimes the batteries run really low after just 1 - 2 weeks. the last one ran low after 3 brushings. I ordered the version advertised - "new/improved with 1 year battery guaranty" - but they shipped the old version, instead of the new one. I ordered 2 - but Walmart would only allow 1, and so the other came from another vendor. this is an annoyance - I am on Walmart's site, ordering products from them, and they should hide the details from me. I order from Walmart, I pay Walmart - make it happen! Don't bother me with the details. I called and they credited me for the purchases, which is good, but they should have allowed me to return the bad merchandise and ship me what I ordered! now I have to either pay shipping, or wait until I have other things to order so I can get the free shipping. this is just too much whack-a-mole and game playing! Don't make me go through this!
