Colgate Gum Health Toothbrush, Ultra Soft, 2 Pack

Colgate is one of two brands of toothbrush that I trust not only in quality, but also to actually have soft bristles which are so important for protecting enamel. Soft, yet durable bristles make for the best toothbrushes. Can't go wrong with Colgate.

I've never seen a toothbrush handle catch so much flack in my life before reading these reviews! I absolutely love love love this toothbrush and wish I had known about it earlier. I usually use a soft brush but accidentally bought medium prior to this purchase. I didn't think it would make much of a difference until a few weeks later my gums were ACHINGGG. After doing some research I stumbled across this toothbrush and it has been an absolute game changer. The handle stays in my hand while brushing (despite what the haters say) and the star of the show is the bristles!!! They are so soft and my mouth feels incredibly clean after brushing. I do understand what some users note about it being difficult to rest the toothbrush on the counter when applying toothpaste but thankfully the toothpaste I use has a flip top so I just don't have to deal with this. TLDR: get the toothbrush, your mouth and gums will thank you. Ignore the haters who say the handle flys out of your hand while brushing - it's worth it.

This is PERFECTION!!! Nothing fancy like Applebees. Just simple, soft and easy to manage. No rubber or hard plastic to run across your teeth and gums.... (that's what she said)

So happy I found this gem. We love them. I have tried I think every toothbrush on the market never really satisfied until I found these. We love them. Only problem is Walmart seems to have a problem with keeping them stocked in the stores.

These brushes are very unique because the bristles are tapered. So the very tips of the bristles are extra fine. Allowing the bristles to get right in between your teeth and they are extra soft for the gentleness we need for our gums. I love, love these!! Always buy in quantities because I want to make sure I always have back ups! Also these scrub your tongue very well, which is a big plus!!

i ordered these on accident %26 so happy that i did! They are the most amazing toothbrushes ever! I am using the Ultra soft and it feels so good on my gums. It makes me want to brush my teeth 3-4 times a day! Please don't ever stop making this toothbrush! i highly recommend!

My dental hygenist gave me a smaller version of this toothbrush. I liked it a lot so I decided to try this one from Walmart. The bristles are soft and very effective in cleaning. I like the way they reach in between spaces, and the bristles do not irritate my gums. For many years I used hard toothbrushes and my gums suffered. I switched to soft toothbrushes about 20 years ago. This Colgate toothbrush has the softest, gentlest, but very effective bristles. The handle on the one from the dentist office is quite comfortable and easy to hold onto. By comparison the one I purchased from Walmart has a more rounded handle. It has a grippy texture which helps you hold on to it, but sometimes it tends to roll while brushing. Overall I like this Colgate toothbrush and will continue to use it.

The bristles are soft, but the handle is round and twirls in my hand when I'm trying to brush my teeth. I much prefer handles with a flat contact edge, rectangular.

The bristles are the best part of this toothbrush. Everything else about it is awful. This thing is HUGE and wouldn't fit a normal adult mouth. And the handle is awkward and almost feels like it's flipped upside down. Very difficult to control the brush. Sadly, these have been relegated to the cleaning closet.

Colgate's ultra-sensitive toothbrush has an uncomfortable handle that has tiny prickly points that irritate as well as not having enough thickness in the handle. Brush does not sit flat on its back, so if you put toothpaste on it, it will topple over. It must be held at all times. Unusually narrow brush head didn't help, either, requiring more manipulation to clean my 75-year-old teeth. Tapered brushes were soft enough, however, to clean more sensitive gum areas. Overall, a big disappointment from Colgate which has a decent reputation for its quality brushes and pastes. I regularly use their sensitive toothpastes.
