This cleans and refreshes. I use another brand along with this, for plaque. Weaker colgate cannot do much to plaque. Hello paste without flouride works wonders.

It does a good job cleaning the teeth and I feel it works as a whitener too. Love the clean taste it leaves in my mouth.

Only Toothpaste I'll Use
I have a lot of sensory issues around brushing my teeth, and this is the toothpaste that makes it the least horrible. The texture, the taste, and the way it foams (only a little) make brushing my teeth a little easier.

toothpaste is fine, but delivery is pitiful
Order through walmart. com. Was delivered at 7:30 pm. Just sitting there. No Box, no bag. Sitting next to my cereal Box they delivered too. Pathetic.
