I just finished the tube and while whitening causes sensitivity, I didn't get much of that due to the small % of whitening material, assuming hydrochloride of some sort. Toothpaste is typically not effective like whitening trays. However, I did notice my teeth are very slightly whiter.

Taste has a significant bitterness aftertaste, both my husband and I double checked to make sure it wasn't a knockoff brand. Tossing it and purchased the Colgate Total. Extremely difficult to read the printing on the dark red, so didn't realize there was hydrogen peroxide in it until this double check.
