I've been using this toothpaste regularly and I'm very happy with the results.It leaves my teeth feeling clean and fresh, and I've noticed it helps keep new stains from forming. After a week of use I noticed a difference in the color of my teeth and the stains had lightened up quite a bit. I did not experience any sensitivity to my teeth or gums which is a plus. I brushed the paste on dry and worked it into my teeth for a few minutes. This process made a huge difference on lightening my teeth faster. I now continue to use this to avoid the stains from coming back.

Taste has a significant bitterness aftertaste, both my husband and I double checked to make sure it wasn't a knockoff brand. Tossing it and purchased the Colgate Total. Extremely difficult to read the printing on the dark red, so didn't realize there was hydrogen peroxide in it until this double check.
