It doesn't foam up much but it made my teeth noticeably whiter after a couple uses. It feels like I'm polishing my teeth when I use it and it cleans off the daily plaque build up with ease.

I just finished the tube and while whitening causes sensitivity, I didn't get much of that due to the small % of whitening material, assuming hydrochloride of some sort. The hydrogen peroxide, dentist grade, has to be a powerful ingredient that isn't in other products. I'm very happy with the results and bought my husband a tube of his own!
