This is a nice alternative to all the citric acid, sour tasting, enamel wearing, electrolyte mixes. It's fairly mild in that sense. Wish there were electrolytes in here besides sodium? Mixes okay in water, but not great. Kinda let it sit and dissolve.

My one complaint with this product is that it's not 30 days worth of product!! If your on a tight budget it get's very expensive fast. I'm not sure if I'll continue after this month truthful. I have to decide what products are truly helping and what I don't feel results with.

This doesn't taste like vanilla, but the taste of artificial sweetener is very strong. There was a really gritty residue in the bottom of my coffee that would not disolve and was like eating sand. Will not buy again.
