It’s honestly hard to say what exactly is making a difference, since I’m also taking other supplements like multivitamins, enzymes, omega and vitamin D. But overall, I feel like my body is responding. Well, my skin is recovering quite fast. My nails are strong and healthy and I don’t wash my hair as often as I used to. At the same time, I can’t say it’s only because of the collagen supplements it’s more about the whole routine and consistency.
