Was not exactly new
Item showed up halfway packed and beat up. even the part that was packed was beat up and dirty, almost like it was already used, or at least not quite new and it's not the one I would have picked if I bout it from the store. app help center would not give me more than 250 words to explain, and it's a hassle trying to return, especially with the life it's about to have.
