I am a 61 year old female who eats a whole foods plant based diet. I walk and do some chi gong for exercise plus drink at least 2 quarts of water a day. In spite of my "health" efforts, I had been experiencing almost chronic constipation. I did eliminate everyday but it was often difficult. I have used Renew products in the past, so I investigated Colon specific options to try. Beginning my first dose, my bowels are working normally. I feel so much better.

My concern is that the product needs to be kept refrigerated/cold, however it is delivered with no cold packaging in the the hot summer months. This make me think the product is compromised.

I used both the 80 billion one and the 30 billion one. Both work well, so I decide to use the 80 million one for travel when life is not so regular, and use the 30 billion one at home.

I have been using these probiotics for a couple of months now and I can definitely tell a difference. When I ran out and didn't have any for one week, my stomach was so messed up, but as soon as I started back taking them again, I went back to feeling so much better. I won't run out of them again.

I tried everything to soften stool (high fiber, tons of water, no dairy, dulcolox, minimal flour, and magnesium supplements), this probiotic was the game changer towards bowel mobility, softener, and a healthy gut. It takes a couple weeks to get working all way but worth the wait. I'll choose this product over any other supplement. This also helps with IBS diarrhea. To be honest, I take this particular probiotic with blind faith. I'm not exactly sure how much it helps. The research on Gut health cannot be ignored so you have to pick a product. However, I trust this company implicitly. Many years ago I spent a lot of time looking into probiotics. It's Renew Life that I have confidence in. This whole area of G.I. health is their specialty. I tried this product for a month and really didn't notice any change in my bowels. I have microscopic colitis and have diarrhea most of the time. I was hoping this might help with that but it didn't. I am currently trying several different products, hoping one might help. I wish there was someone from the company you could speak with to help with various products.
