I really like these because I can't wear a thimble. Comfortable and can place right wear you need it.
Bought this awhile back and fell in love with them. I didn't want anything bulky or cumbersome while knitting but my poor fingers needed some type of protection. I tried bandaids which really didn't do the trick. These little wonder pads are perfect! They are just big enough to cover the soft pad of my index finger and they stick like crazy. They can be used over and over and I just stick mine to my notions tray for easy access. I truly will NOT knit without them now. I had a hard time finding them but now that I know Walmart carries them I'll never be without them again. Highly recommend them for all those who do knitting, embroidery or any other needlepoint work.
I have used these thimble pads for years. I can't use a regular thimble. These work great. They really stick to my finger and can be used over and over.
When quilting away from myself I push the needle with the tip of my thumb. These little leather stick on pads protect beautifully. I can use one three days before it wears out and my thread doesn't catch on it. Will order more when needed.
These are the best thimble pads.
I LOVE these. I have never been able to wear a thimble for more than 5 minutes because they make my fingers sweat. I tried numerous other options, but none of them seemed to work. Then along came the ThimblePad. They work for about five sewing sessions on the glue that's there, then you can extend their life with a tiny dab of superglue so that each one lasts about a week (sewing every day). Great product, great value.
I cannot for the life of me use a regular thimble and I've tried a lot of them. I've used ThimblePads for years and will make sure to never be without them. They are reusable and come with extra stickey pads too.
I find metal thimbles that cover the end of a finger uncomfortable and clunky, but these little pads are perfect! They are so comfortable you'll forget you have it on and it will spare you the pain of constant jabbing.
Good adhesive, can be reapplied long lasting leather. Boon to individuals with joint changes
The product is pretty darn good, but the shipping was so super slow! Wouldn't purchase from sending company again.
