Got the Kids Watercolors with 8 Colors of Washable Paint and Quality Wood Brushes by Color Swell. I love the colors they are bright and eye catching. Easy to mix and to make different colors. They dry quickly on paper and they dry quickly to be put away. I like that i can put just a little bit of water in them and not make a big mess. The brush is easy to use, and easy write with. The lid converts to a mixing tray that is easy to clean off, and closes to keep the paint from getting broke. I was letting my son paint with them and he had a blast he is 3 and loved the different colors. I can not wait to give them to the children I teach. Any child or adult will love them. They are great for small crafts that you want to dry quickly. The paints are great for making cards and letters. They are good for coloring/ painting a coloring page. They wash easy off of skin and tables. Easy to store and has a special place to store the brush. Thank you so much can't wait to start using rhem on crafts and papers etc...

This is a nice paint set. The colors are very pretty, and can be used alone or mixed together. To mix colors, take some of each, set on to a clean area and then blend until you get the desired color. I would not mix the colors while they are in the container because that gets messy. The paint sets are compact so they are easy to set up in almost any location. Painting provides a nice outlet for relaxation, and I find it a fun activity. I would encourage anyone interested to try these paints.

I'm an elementary school teacher and this set is perfect for what I need in the classroom. Pros: 1. Affordable – This bulk set has 36 paint packs in it that cost only a little over a dollar each with the set. That is an amazing price for me as a teacher 2. Eight colors with a brush in each package 3. Nice design – Each paint pack has a hinged lid so that they can be stored easily and closed when not in use. The pack has eight colors in it and a place for the brush also. I can set one of these out for a couple of students or more to use when we are doing art projects and quickly clean them up afterward and store them because of the design. 4. Ease of purchase - I can order them all at one time for a great price instead of having to pick up 36 individual packs in the store I really don't see any cons to this bulk pack. I would highly recommend it to anyone purchasing watercolor paints for a project at school

Very nice basic colors watercolor paint set. My daughter loves to create, anything that requires coloring, tracing, cutting or gluing she's all in. This set is really nice because the paint color transfers well to paper. Very vibrant color even when mixed. We were highly impressed with this set. The included brush was much welcomed and appreciated. I highly recommend for your curious and creative children (and adults :)

Teachers, you MUST give the Color Swell watercolor sets a try. Not only is the paint MUCH better quality than other brands, the brushes are, hands down, worth it! My kindergarten students have a hard time using the plastic brushes that are typical in watercolor sets. The Color Swell brushes are like gifts from above. If you've used the plastic bristled brushes, than you understand how hard it is for little students to stay in the lines and paint without ripping their paper. These are well made and work wonders in their little hands. The wooden handle is easy for kinders to hold. The brush paints smoothly on any service and is easy to clean. We used the sets on the 101st day of school as a center to paint 101 dots on our puppies. We used another painting tool and the paint was so easy to transfer from the kit to the tool. Other paints require a TON of water to actually transfer. These require less water and go much farther. We have already used them more than some of my other sets that have run out of certain colors after just a few uses. I give them an A++++++!

The color swell watercolors-paint is great for my kids, washes off very easily on any surface. The brushes are actuslly quality wood brushes, holds up well with several little ones using it and if it passes that test then it is sturdy! The colors are very bright and pretty and make for some very nice picture making!

As an educator, I totally recommend these beautiful watercolors and high quality paint brushes. Students used the watercolors to paint in coloring books as well as to paint crafts. Worked well on wooden clothes pins too. Lots of fun for kids and adults.

My kids and I really enjoyed painting with these paints. There was a slight white film when the paint dried. It could have been the paper though. We weren't using water color paper. The colors are bright and vivid. I also really liked that the paintbrush wasn't the plastic one. For kids it's perfect!

I love to paint with all types of inks and paints that someone can try. So I decided to try this set of eight watercolors, so I would try a new technique and not spend a lot of money. This this for kids, but anyone can use it because the set has three primary colors and five secondary colors. With this set I can create any hue that I want for my paints. The colors are vibrant and the composition of them are very good quality. They are also washable, so I don't need to be afraid that I damage my clothes with any artistic accident happens. They are non-toxic and it is safe for any age above three years old to use it. The set comes with a brush, pretty decent but it is not enough to get a really good painting done. Because of it do recommend that if someone wants to take seriously this technique must buy a good set for watercolors. I also used a proper paper for watercolors which makes all the difference. But if someone just get this set for a kid to play and give wings to his imagination I consider this a good gift, just be sure to get more brushes and porous paper.

I received 3 watercolor palettes. The wood brush had a nice tip and was easy to apply to paper, and it helped a lot of paint. The paint lid flips for a mixing tray. I liked the colors, but the brown seemed more rust colored than actual brown. The case is reusable and recyclable. Product safety conforms to ASTM D4236 standards. Would be a good party favor gift.
