I wanted to try the Color Wow before buying the large bottles so purchased the travel size and love it all! I tried the shampoo, conditioner, volume mousse and root booster and loved them all! Some of the products are not offered in stores however you can purchase online!

The tube of expensive WOW SHAMPOO HAD leaked all over the box.. somehow it must of cracked in the seam and leaked underneath the plastic cover.. unto the cat food and into the box can I get reimbursed for the items?

Arrived with a leak
The shampoo arrived in a padded paper shipping envelope. As soon as I opened it I could feel shampoo on the tube of shampoo %26 saw dampness inside the envelope. The tube was shrink wrapped with plastic. After unwrapping %26 rinsing, I found a small leak in the tube. I like the WOW products, but was disappointed my 1st internet purchase with WOW had a leak. This is not an inexpensive shampoo.

Selling used products as new. No seal
Seller sent me a USED item. No seal. Bottle was dirty. I contacted them and they tried to manipulate me into believing that not all products have seals. All color wows product do.
