Love these cables for the shade install needs. I would like to see more options for the length of those cables however, as there are a lot of on site variables that cannot work nice and clean looking with a 12 foot length. In one case we have more length than needed and need to use those clamps which take away from a clean look. Maybe offer another package of 4 cables in 12', 8', 5' and 3' lengths to adapt best to certain installations.

They were a very good idea. The only issue I had since we have some strong wind sometimes one of the carabiner actually stretched out. I replaced them all with heavier duty ones. The ratchet works great. I suggest you get a real wrench or a socket/ratchet combo to tighten them. The cables and hardware were easy to install in my metal poles and so far holding tight. I would definitely recommend them over the turnbuckles. If you are not pretty close with your measurements the turn buckles will not tighten the sun sails sufficiently

Hardware kit supplied everything needed for installation. Hardware appears to be good quality and should last a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had previously purchased the standard shade for our deck and were very pleased. It not only provides shade but it is noticeably cooler under it. That's why we decided to install one on our new pool over the shallow end deck and most of the shallow end for sun protection. The super ring is very sturdy and has been put to the test because we are on the top of a ridge where it can get very windy. The crank makes it much easier to tighten as the shade stretches. The wrench provided can be difficult but with the proper size bit and my ratchet wrench, it is much easier. We are extremely satisfied with the products and recommend them highly.

Being outdoors the entire time...these turnbuckles etc. are decent quality. The cababiners however, don't appear to be stainless steel...can't say for sure but this kit is a good fit for sail needs. I would prefer to have optional cable lengths however, as some installs are not all that perfect nor able to be perfect which requires shorter cables. This kit with an option to select 3 foot, 4 foot, 6 foot, 8 foot etc. would be ideal as the 12 foot only can be too long and require other ideas to attach the sail. Either that or offer the cable shortening tools to do so.

The Screws stripped out easily so had to use my own.
