ColourTree 12' x 12' Custom Size Turquoise Square Waterproof Sun Shade Sail Canopy Awning Shelter & 95% UV Blockage UV & Water Resistant, Outdoor Patio Garden Carport (We Make Custom Size)

Ordered this for my apartment patio after several other covers failed. Item was as described (note, the company says its a tad smaller than the dimensions). So far has held up to snowfall(with brush off) and heavy rainfall. Very satisfied.

I purchased a waterproof sun shade sail 3 seasons ago. It faded slightly but still looked great except some critters chewed holes in it over winter storage in my garage. So I decided to buy another of the same and will store it in my basement next winter. Great product, highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect Shade at an affordable price ! Seriously this is my 4th shade I have purchased and they all are waterproof ! Be sure and hang with one end lower than the other 3 and water runs down and off the shade . If you put all 4 corners at the same height you will have a swimming pool when it rains . The water must have a down hill angle in one corner so it can roll off the shade. Also we live in hot Florida sun where its sunny all year the colors on the top of the shade where the sun hits does fade, however the colors underneath the shade where you stand have stayed bright and vivid. My oldest shade is 4 years old. I truly am so much cooler with these shade above all my patios.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good quality. Damaged at the 3 year mark of hard desert UV exposure, but lasted longer than what I've used before. Quick warranty replacement from the vendor.

Love it! Heavy Duty and a great value product. I appreciate the waterproofing so that I can just leave it up in the crazy weather of Nebraska.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality product ! Water rolls off during rains, provides shade during the day. I highly recommend!

Got my sail earlier this summer. Took a while get it to drain properly but now it's doing great. I worried because I didn't bring it down when a major storm came through. The storm caused major damage to trees and property all over town, but the sun sail came out unscathed.

Really happy with the product, was as expected, quick shipping and delivery, is holding up really well to Colorado wind and showers so far. The red color is really nice and bright!

Heavy duty made and fit my needs I would purchase another one Great Product
