I needed something to go along the top portion of my covered deck, but didn't want the weight, bulk, and cost of customized roll up shades. Finding these tarps, was the answer to all of my problems! I ordered the length and color that I needed, and it arrived sooner than expected! I didnt want anything "permanent", and wanted it to have an easy removable option. I chose to use cup hooks around the opening, and hung the tarp up by its grommets, like a giant flag. It looked and worked out Great! Previously, the sun would hit the deck so fiercely, that you couldn't sit outside, from 1pm-6pm. Now we can enjoy it all the time! The sun isn't 100% blocked out, but I didnt want it to be. I feel comfortable placing either shade, or partial shade plants out there now!
