Columbia Bunk Bed Twin over Full in Multiple Colors and Configurations

The materials for the bed were of high quality. All pieces were included. The directions were easy to follow. My grandchildren are thrilled with our new sleeping arrangements for their visits!

We purchased this bed for our boys 2 boys over 3 years ago. It's still going strong, and we are so happy with this purchase!

The bunk bed is excellent quality. it feels safe and secure for my children. Came in multiple boxes….wasn't to hard to put together with 2 people.

Just as expected, great solid beds that will last a long while. My girls love them and they look great in the room!

Bunk Beds came a week early from the estimated delivery date. We were able to put together with very few issues. Only problems we ran into was some of the pieces had issues fitting together b/c there was so much saw dust in the holes that wasn't blown out before they wood was painted. Girls (4 1/2 and 2) love their new beds! They are very sturdy. I can get in top bunk with my daughters and not feel unsafe. Bottom bunk is a little bit difficult to make with the ladder sitting where it is but other than that I feel for the price it is well worth it.

Bought this for my 7 & 8 year old girls. They've slept in it 3 nights and love it. It was fairly simple to put together. I did most of it by myself but needed my husband to help put the top bunk on. Seems to be very sturdy & well made. Hope to enjoy for several years. The only negative is that it is a little harder to make up bunk beds in the morning or change sheets compared to a regular bed, but I knew that going in.

So happy with this purchase, it's durable and looks great in my kids room!

I purchased a really nice bunk bed Twin over Full. It was delivered by FedEx on 2/17/16 at 9:45 pm most of the boxes were soaked due to the heavy rain. The box which had the rails that attach to the headboard was open at one end, i asked the fed-Ex driver if anything dropped out he stated no. When i opened the box containing the rails all the hardware and instructions were missing. The only parts that hand the hardware were the slats. I called Hayneedle and they said they would contact the manufacturer about the hardware. I also called the phone number on the orange sticker for damage or missing parts they after several attempts someone called my home and told me that Hayneedle would have to contact them and arrange shipment of the missing parts. Why can't they ship overnight. from my understatnding it will take 7 days for the process. MY CHILDREN ARE SLEEPING ON BLANKS ON THE FLOOR. Would any of you sudject you children to this. ALL I COULD SAY IS NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

The twin bed and the drawers were antique walnut as ordered. The head and footboard of the full bed were white, not as ordered. Additionally, I received two ladders, one white and one antique walnut. Two of the pieces were damaged with 1"" chunks missing and/or dented. Overall it is easy to put together and exhibits a beautiful look. Would be great if they delivered the correct colors and without damage. I will soon find out how helpful the customer service is.
