Powerful scent and taste - the only salami I've purchased in 20 years that reminds me of the home made salami my butcher shop Busha (polish grandmother) would make. This IS my favorite salami - expensive, but worth it.

I prefer the peppered one, but it's a delicious morsel of meat. I do adult lunchables (charcuterie boards) quite a bit, so this works perfect. I'm a fan of this brand overall.

Best Available
Being a native San Franciscan from North Beach, I have been spoiled by the salami's available in the delicatessens there, and with nothing remotely close to them here, this is by far the best I've had as far as a supermarket brand available, the taste is worth the higher price.
