I won a sample a few years back and never looked back!
I was lucky enough to experience Columbus Craft Meats from winning one of their other drawings a few years ago! After trying them it's all I've bought since then. I love this company and the way they pay attention to the quality of their products is absolutely amazing!

Wonderful Flavor!
This is fabulous ina charcuterie board! Excellent seasoning, very balanced, and no greasiness. Pairs well with Parmigiano Reggiano, provolone, Asiago and pecorino sardo. Add a salad and you have a delicious meal! Is great with a fruity red wine as well.

Italian Dry Salame
This Italian Dry Salame took me back decades. It rich smooth flavor with a hint of black pepper if delicious . My family and I would sit around the kitchen table as far back to the 50's and enjoy another well know Italian Dry Salame that is longer on the market. I have tried for years to find a Salame that tasted this good. Thank you !!

The Italian dry salami is always seasoned just right.
I like the Columbus salami Italian dry Everyone I know should give it a try It tastes good in a salad or with crackers and cheese Having a taste is just a little tease Because I want more of it on fresh french bread And it is perfect as a snack right before bed.

Deli meats that I've tried, this brand is by far the best!
Whenever we have intimate dinners or gatherings, we always buy this brand for little appetizers with crackers. The taste is great and fresh like it was just made from a meat deli. Doesn't have that fake meat taste. If I could, I would eat the whole meat tray myself. But that would be selfish.

Large Italian Dry Salami 28 ounce
My Family and I love this Product we buy 2 per week on average as we host pool parties in summer and Fireplace Parties in winter. We serve homemade Sourdough bread, Imported Hard Cheese Rounds wrapped in wax. Olives and fresh fruit and avocados… it's a winning combination for winter or summer

Poor Choice! You should have known better!
Walmart delivery just made a poor decision to substitute an entire charcuterie package, for a bag of salami! They knew it was a gift, so the person I sent it to, got flowers, chocolate and a freaking bag of salami! Bad sub choice! And embarrassing for me being the sender!

The salami was not air tight, and looks grayish from exposure to air. I will be returning this for a replacement.
