Average Salami with a nice kick
After sharing this product with some family and friends, we all came to very similar conclusions. The salami itself was not remarkable in any particular way. That does not mean that it wasn't good. I was your standard, run-of-the-mill salami. What sets it apart is the peppered exterior. Other peppered salamis either tend to go with a coarser ground, giving it an unpleasant mouth feel, or not peppered enough to ge the desired spicy-kick. The Columbus Peppered Salame gets the grind and spice-kick just right!
