BJJ tested and approved.
If you're a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner then you know exactly what this dummy is for. It is functioning exactly how you'd expect, and it's a great training tool for my fiancé and daughter to learn on. It's sturdy, heavy, and a good size. Definitely a good buy if you're looking to hone your skills by practicing alone, as well as teach newcomers to the sport.

Good Product, terrible packaging and handling.
I think the dummy's great. Packaging is terrible came open, and it must have been dragged through shipping because the whole back is scuffed up and has deep gashes.

Throw dummy
Wish I could have gotten a smaller dummy. Didn't consider how much more "dead weight " feels. Also the arms are not anatomically correct and protrude from the chest.
