This product was exactly what I needed. It was perfect for the area I wanted it in. It was equipped with all the hardware and extra items listed. I read where the Chalk Pen/Marker is located in the box itself, not loose or in a package, so make sure you check carefully. The chalk marker reminds me of the same consistency of liquid white out for office use. I have not tried to use regular chalk, but I don't see why it can't be used. Like I said, I got what was advertised and no problems with it being shipped.

Its great...use it for birthdays..Doctor appointments ECT.. The only thing i think could be better is the Markers...even though they work great and the colors are great sadly they dont erase that well...it takes a while to get it off the board...i think instead of using dry erase Markers they should use chalk or liquid chalk markers... But other then that its a great thing to have

Nice calendar board, sturdy well put together. Markers work great. Sting magnets, and heavy duty Cork board too.

The markers that come with it are permanent and does not erase off the board. You will need to buy additional chalk or chalk markers that actually work to erase.

Came to me used and cracked down the back! Markers sushed and used and still drawings on the board! From 3rd party of course! I reach out to them and it said 48 hours to respond and still havent gotten any word back! Won't let me add pictures because it says photo to large

It states it's 1/2 dry erase board. It's supposed to be white. It's not on there. And y'all could have put a piece of chalk in there for the chalk board.

The chalkboard came with dry erase markers. I thought they were liquid chalk markers. It won't wipe off with water. Need to buy new markers to see if that will work. Otherwise it's going in the trash. Why would you put whiteboard markers with a chalkboard?!
