Once you've had Ube ice cream…
Got these to make Ube ice cream because my favorite Philippine restaurant closed. Ube is made from a purple sweet potato and it has a very distinctive sweet taste. These make great ube ice cream and ube cookies. Now I'll always be able to have them. Oh…that could be a problem…

New Flavor
This flavor was featured in our monthly Try Something New event for seniors and was an overall hit among the attendees. It received positive responses across the board, and we will definitely be incorporating it into future recipes. A small round magnet was included.

Would get agin
Looks exactly as depicted and came as described. Careful with the Ube flavoring as it does stain skin, clothes, and select countertops. Used these to make ube/orange vanilla checkerboard cookies, marble shortbread cookies, and rehydrated the powder to make a paste that I used to recreate the Ube cake roll from Steven universe. It has a nice nutty smell but very subtle taste. Love the color. Very pronounced and not food coloring was needed at all. A small drop of the flavoring goes a long way so I still have it months after buying and after make 100 baked goods.
