After only about a week and a half the turntable started slipping. I have to return it. Using the keypad is not as simple as I'd like. Heated fine and the door was easy to open.chjxzv

2 of the legs were broken off the bottom.And when I plugged The microwave in It would run the fan and the light, but no heat\nAnd I could not get it to stop running.I would like a refund , please

This is a beautiful addition to my kitchen heats fast, just the right size even husband approved love it .

Takes a few to learn the way it works and the settings but it's awesome after you figure it all out and don't need the book for auto settings

Didn't use because it arrived damaged and uneven.

there is no light in the microwave

It's a cute microwave but not designed well. The buttons and knob aren't useful - the knob has multiple functions but it's hard to use because you can either twist it left or right. Only two directions but multiple functions for a knob? Idk if it makes sense but I feel like the knob is impractical.

I like the design and how it fits on my counter. I dislike the complicated functionality
