I BOUGHT THIS TO SHARE WITH MY SISTERS AT OUR EMERGENCY DISPATCH CENTER AS WE WORK 12 HR SHIFTS AND THATS A LOT OF SITTING MOST DAYS. IT IS A VERY INTENSE JOB AND ANYTHING WE CAN TO EASE TENSION AND RELAX IS GOOD FOR ALL OF US! IT IS WONDERFUL AND THE MASSAGE IS CUSTOMIZABLE TO EACH ONE OF US! I WOULD DEFINATLY RECOMMEND!
Overall it's great. But here's a bit deeper review. It's bigger than I thought. It wouldn't fit well on my gaming chair so I took it to the office and now it's on my office chair. Also, while it is not in use, the massage balls for the back are bit uncomfortable to lean against while just trying to chill in the chair without turning it on. So I had to find a bit of a sweet spot for the balls to be at and turn the massage chair off so I can lean against my chair back support while the massage chair is off. It does the job great and it goes deep into the muscles which concludes the money to be worth spending on
Great product. Was a little hesitant but ordered this on anti-prime day sale. I just use it on the floor and lean back a bit. Like a mini massage chair. So far great quality. Heat, air compression for sides, the good old back massage things and a neck massage to boot. And a seat vibrator for your bottom. Many more features than i expected and glad I made the purchase. I will add to here if anything breaks but even then they have a free 3 year warranty.
Family loves it!! The deep tissue massage and compression work great for muscle soreness. Enjoyable experience
Definitely better than the Snailax that I bought before. I went through two of them in a little over a year and they weren't that comfortable. This massager is more comfortable and reaches and massages better thank those.
It's a great massager! It took me a couple times to figure out where to place it to get the best use out of it. I find that putting it on my recliner, sitting straight up, works the best to get the full back and neck massage. The air pockets and the heat add a little extra of the "full body massage experience". All in all it's a great machine to have when you have some tight back and neck muscles and need some relief.
Historically, my folks always massaged the left and right occipital lymph nodes on the back of our head, to “stimulate the brain, and thus prevent strokes,” I choose to use this machine since it's made available to general population, just in case old relatives were right, besides I absolutely love a good massage, which this chair provides. My only problem is, a chair is needed that will better support the bottom of the massager to get the full effect of leg massage.
According to the product page, the neck massager can be adjusted downward so this unit can work for people as short as 5 foot 1. I'm 5-2 and at its lowest point it's hitting the back of my skull. I can kind of get it to work on my neck if I stretch and tilt my head forward but then I'm not letting the massage relax me. And sitting on a book or something isn't a solution either, because then I can't use the thigh massage; the whole point of buying a device that massages several points at once is to be able to massage several points at once. Still like it for the back and thigh massage, even though the "thigh" segment is ridiculously short (I'd like to massage the whole thigh, not just a few inches--seems to be a common problem with these types). It'd be better if the neck portion was removable so people who still find height an issue could at least use a separate neck massager of their choosing if they wanted to.
Overall, the idea is interesting, but the quality of the massage is not very good. It doesn't cover my entire upper back (I'm 5'7”). I can't massage my back and neck at the same time because the back massage balls stick out too much, while the neck balls aren't long enough. Additionally, the neck massager makes squeaky sounds right out of the box. I know some people like it, but I suggest investing in a real massage chair if you want a high-quality massage. I'll be returning this one and buying neck massager only.
Good product, seems well built, just not for my specific needs. I had back surgery 2 years ago and this product aggravated my condition. I returned and received a full refund quickly.
