Got this because I thought the adjustable bed I bought had massage when I realized my mistake. I immediately ordered this although I had concerns it might not do the job very well especially not having your compression on the top and bottom near your shoulders and thighs. it is awesome! Very strong vibrations without the painful balls of shiatsu massager. Believe me, the vibrations are strong enough, and you can set it to several different modes. Whatever you prefer. This thing is awesome and the price is unreal for such quality.

I gave this only three stars because I will return it. I'm 5'7" and I purchased because I have arthritis in my neck and shoulders. The massage does not come near my neck as I must be too tall for this pad. It does get some of my shoulders but not enough. From the picture, I expected the entire pad under the model's head and neck area to offer heat and massage. It does not. However, for a person fitting the pad the overall operation of the massager would be beneficial.

Does not vibrate continuously. It pauses constantly. Returning it.

its not large enough it should be 30in wide for arms and elbow to get massage too. and for larger stature people, it should be 72in long for taller people and have more nodes for the neck , there's no nodes for tge neck and full lenth of the leg its like it made for short people only also the nodes hurt all NODES hurt on all these pads why dont they make a vibrating massage that dont have nodes but a diffrent type of mechanics that vibrate without hard lumps

I have not received my item.It was supposed to be delivered with other items the other items WERE delivered but the massager wasn't.I even put it in as a missing item,was told that it will be redelivered,and still nothing.was also denied my refund because of the circumstances,saying that the photo was confirmation that it was delivered,but the photo only shows 2 out of the 3 items/boxes I ordered,which is proof,and still denied.Requested that the item attempted to be delivered once again,and still denied.I want my item or my money back.

the heat only stays on for approximately 10 minutes and it's not enough to feel it or to be beneficial. unless you're sitting exactly right the massagers don't line up to where they're supposed to. also the left back massager appears to have quit or is certainly weaker than the right side. not happy with it at all I am going to return it
