Love the neck massager and vibration body massage.

I LOVE this mat! I just received it last week, so can't speak to its longevity, but it is of good quality and substance. The neck massage is so wonderful after a hard day at the computer and the vibrating pads do wonders for my lower back and sore legs. I have cancelled my massage appointment for this month and plan to "zen out" with this mat and neck massager on a daily basis! Well worth the reasonable cost.

It's amazing!! Especially when you figure out how to turn on the pillow massager! This is my 2nd and I've already got %233 on the way!🤣 if you like heat and massage you can't go wrong!!

This is a great product. I thought about getting a lesser price product but I am pleased with this one. It's good quality and gives a complete body message which saves me money in the long run vs getting a professional massage.

Works well! Massage is nice and it does help me feel better. I suffer from EDS, fibromyalgia, Lyme disease and degenerative disc disease. -The mat is comfortable and soft and the cord is long so wont be an issue with reaching plug in. -It has the auto shut off option but you can turn it back on right after it shuts off; I have used it for hours without it being an issue with not being able to turn back on. -You can use the heat without massage if you push just the heat button. -You can make it a steady massage all over without patterns so that is nice. -I am able to put my inflatable pillow wedge under my legs still with mat over it and it lays over well. -The shiatsu pillow is not too intense. I am very skinny and bony and it feels fine with or without the pillow cover. Only things I would change: - I wish the heat was warmer all over. Feels exceptionally warm just in the lumbar region. -The massage motors don't reach to the bottom of mat so the extra length is pointless. -The pillow can only be used connected to or separate from the mat, not separate with the mat. The pillow cord connects to mat or has to be connected to main cord that mat uses. So just something to consider. -The strap to hold it up on a chair isn't very long so you might need to extend it. I have an extra strap piece from a broken back pack which is the same type of strap on mat that I plan on just sliding on the end of mat strap to extend it but there are a bunch of ways you could adjust the strap to fit. -It's really bulky when I try to fold it up and move it around. I plan on getting a storage bin to slide under my futon or bed that it can easily be placed in. Overall it works well and definitely helps to relieve pain and tension. I ended up choosing this one because of the affordable price and a lot of other mats with shiatsu option don't offer heat all over but this one does.

It's good until you have to move it and store somewhere. The other thing is where the massage points are on the mat are very hard and actually hurt. So when your not massaging it's very uncomfortable

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!! I was never able to try it because it did not ship with all the pieces. I did not read the reviews before hand because my husband is the one who bought it. There were several reviews stating that the piece to plug everything in was missing. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!

HORRIBLE! I wish I could rate a -1. This product came without the adapter, which upon opening the box as a gift, ruined the surprise. I tried to purchase an adapter on my own; however, no size seemed to fit. It is FAR TOO challenging to reach Comfier customer service. I never physically spoke with anyone. You either have to leave a voicemail on some general mailbox and / or email them. Sadly, got tired of waiting for a response and returned the entire product. Funny how my account was deducted instantly when this item was purchased but will take almost two weeks for my refund 😤. Also, I purchased the extended protection but this amount does not reflect the "pending" refund and no way to speak with a live human being to remedy this issue. So, the waiting game for a response contines *SIGH*. Comfier, in my opinion, is utter crap and needs to do better to meet customer satisfaction. Never again, Comfier, NEVER again!!
