it massage my neck good. but my back and ankles not so good. but i still can use it and it got a vibration that might do the trick abd the heat. i really need it because of osteoarthritis and full body pain from head to toe. i just have to be patient and trust God to do one day at a time.

Not what I expected, but helps reduce some acts and pains. It is not a full body massage, unless you move the pillow up/down your body. The vibration has different intensities. But overall I'm still leaning towards returning it, because I prefer the full body massage. I chose this route to allow me time to save and convince myself to buy the massage chair.

It's a shame you just can't turn the heat on buy itself without using the vibrations especially the deep muscle neck fingers ( which work good on the back between your lower shoulder blades if you don't mind sliding much further up on it and laying flat

I am returning it. you cant just have heat on or just vibration. dont care for it at all.

I regret not looking at the reviews. I was notified that the package had arrived only to not it being no where to be found. I had asked neighbors and looked around porch and was not there. This is a big scam.
