I bought this for myself for my birthday. It was a way to buy a massage for myself that I could access over and over again. It's a deep massage that gets your back and neck. The compression helps get a deep massage. I would recommend it!

I bought 2 of these for Christmas for my daughter and son in-law because they work from home. They LOVE THEM. They said it helps so they don't get so stiff from having to sit so much.

Great product that works well but only lasts about one year. I guess it's much cheaper than a daily massage so probably cost efficient.

I like this massager. It has enough pressure to massage my body. I would say they can improve the heating because i didn't feel it. Another thing would be that the neck massager is a bit too high. I tried lowering it but lowest it can get is my lower part of my skull.

all aspects of the massager work reall good. the only complaint i have is that its not made for short people. im 5'1 and the massage node for the beck don't reach my whole neck and shoulders when im sitting in it.

Was really looking forward to using this back and neck massager but was disappointed that it didn't meet my expectations. I am 5'3" and it only seemed to massage my head and neck but didn't reach my shoulder area. I tried the suggested sitting on a cushion, in fact, I used two cushions but still did not get a good massage. The action of the air bags on the seat cushion was inconsequential and didn't deliver any relaxing effects. I expected a much more relaxing experience. I returned the product.

was a better massage than cheaper ones but it seems they all have a fascination with plastic gearing that gets stripped out and then they don't work like intended. save your hard earned money. I haven't found one with metal gearing yet.

Just over a month of use and the rollers are stuck in position rather than moving as intended to massage my back. I'm thankful I got it during a flash sale rather than paying full price for something that wasn't build to last.
