bought this for my husband after seeing how well it work's I'm considering purchasing another for myself.
I have spondylitis and have to use a massager multiple times a day. I really like this and it has a permanent home in my recliner so it's set up and ready to go.
I received my shiatsu massage chair pad yesterday and have used it a few times, it works as intended and massages deeply but doesn't hurt because this has firm, gel like shiatsu massage balls compared to many others with hard plastic, the heat is just right, the vibration is relaxing if you choose to use this option, and my favorite feature of this product is the option to massage a specific spot, definitely handy for trigger points, it also has a removable backrest cover to adjust the intensity of the shiatsu even more, as well as a gripping seat to not slide around on the chair it's sitting on, So I give this product a 10/10! Also really love the extended warranty option provided, thanks Comfier!!!
Love this deep massage for the back!
Yes, the back massager works very good. I recommend it to anybody have back problems it does help.
First of all, thanks alot for erasing my first attempted review. I tried getting a refund, but the Help Center revealed that they do not refund electronics (if this is one) or this item. The 30-day refund or 90- day warranty is only a Comfier store return, according to the fine print on WM.com. This model (2nd pic) does not reach my upper back as the (1st, smaller looking that might be misleading) pictured one likely does, so I was disappointed. However, it reaches the bottom line better than the Shiatzu pillow from Japan I bought elsewhere online [cheaper @ WM.com], which is less convenient as manual positioning is required. This model requires that I position my bottom at the front edge of the seat on my high-backed chair, because I am too tall for its range to get at a good part of my upper back extremity that hurts often, as a writer's often does (I spend hours @ the piano, too; and a Tempurpedic pillow helps greatly). One other inconvenience (a flaw) is the velcro inside the side pocket for the wired remote clamps shut so one cannot replace the remote while seated easily at all. I recommend flipping the male side velcro and paper clipping it 1/8" or so open. Ah so! Domo origato, Roboto!
First it started popping then it tore itself .
Way too expensive for what it is. It does not get strong enough and the controls are limited in my opinion. The seat/bum/butt/chair part is the only part that vibrates that was a bummer I wanted it on my neck and shoulders.
I TRIED THIS FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS AND IT REALLY HURT MY BACK SO I RETURNED IT BACK ON FEBRUARY 20TH 2024 FOR A REFUND, WELL YESTERDAY 3/18/24 I GET THE BOX WITH IT IN IT BACK AGAIN IN THE MAIL??? WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?? I DIDN'T WANT IT AND I STILL DON'T WANT IT, WHO KNOWS WHERE ITS BEEN BETWEEN 2/20 TO 3/18 IT WAS TOTALLY STILL LIKE BRAND NEW WHEN I BROUGHT IT BACK TO THE STORE LIKE 2 OR 3 DAYS AFTER I RECEIVED IT AND NOW WHAT I'M I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH IT? STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY I EVEN GOT IT BACK IN THE MAIL AGAIN!
Came broken. Did not massage
