This ComfiLife knee pillow is awesome and makes for a very pleasurable night's sleep. And I feel well rested and have no more back pain when I wake up in the mornings. In the few days since I've had it, it has nicely contoured to the shape of my legs and is so very comfortable. I had total hip replacement surgery on my right side. Since then I sleep with a pillow between my legs and being a side sleeper I'm scared of injuring it. I still have pain after over a year but this pillow helps. It helps me keep my hips in alignment, there's less pain and I'm sleeping better. You do have to move it when you roll over but it's better than what I was using before. I'm going to recommend to my mom , she has knee issues. Give it a try. It comes with a zippered cover which is washable to maintain cleanliness. I'm going to continue to use it every night. Sweet dreams.

I usually use a large pillow between my knees when trying to sleep. For the past couple of nights I have been using this pillow and find that it is much easier to change positions and keep this pillow in place without having to fight with it to turn. It seemed very firm when I first got it and I admit I was skeptical - but it was just right once I put it between my knees. It takes up a lot less space in the bed in our camper - which I appreciate. RV beds always seem small. I like that the cover is washable and is easily removeable. I recommend this to anyone who has poor circulation in their legs to make sleep on your side more comfortable.

If you have leg or knee discomfort this memory foam pillow is extremely helpful. It effectively reduces pressure and provides adequate cushion for daytime or nighttime use. You can use it sitting up or lying down. Even if you sleep on your side you can use it in between your legs. I have been struggling with rehabilitating my calf and it has been very challenging. This pillow has been very helpful at night to help me maintain a comfortable position. I like that it has a removable cover that is washable as well. It washes and dries easily and I hung it to dry as recommended. This is a great way to provide support to aid your other healing practices.

Liked the way the memory foam was not too soft and not too hard. Helped sciatica tremendously. And just the right size if you turn a lot when sleeping.

I have not used one of these pillows before, so I had no idea what to expect. I sometimes have hip/sciatica paint, and I was curious to see how this works. My issues are intermittent, so I do not have pain all the time. This pillow seems to be fairly well made and the cover is machine washable. The memory foam is somewhat firm, but if you were to press very hard with your legs, with this positioned between your legs, it will flatten. So, it seems best for those who won't clench their legs and just use this as a support to separate your legs or to rest one leg on. It took me some time to get used to this as I have not used a pillow like this before. I will have to use it for more time to see how this works in the long term. This is really good for if you need to prop your leg up- ie if you have a sprained ankle, or similar. It will take the pressure off and provide relief.

Pillow is large. Have trouble with legs? This would be a good product to keep legs apart. Being a large size woman found difficult for thighs and calves. Used for ankles. Could not keep legs in one position. Since I have P.A.D. thought this item would help my situation. Restless leg syndrome folks will find this item helpful. Used for a few nights. Couldn't keep legs closed all night so the pillow had to be repositioned. This would be a good product for folks with leg problems. If pillow was thinner could be used in many different areas. Would recommend to friends and family.

I really wanted to love this knee pillow. I have sleep apnea and sleep on my left side with my machine. I also get sciatica. I thought this knee pillow would be absolutely perfect, however, it takes a while to get it in position where it's comfortable, and then it's too small to stay in position if I move at all. I have tried using it with a pillowcase which made it slide around even more. A regular pillow that I can put between my legs from my knees down seems to work better. I was very excited for this knee wedge, hopefully it will work better for others.

I tried using this knee pillow. This is something a person needs to get used to but unfortunately I could not since I move so much in my sleep most of the time. It is not as soft as you would think it should be. Maybe some people can sleep with this but just could not.

This is a nice pillow . It is made of great gel foam with a removable zippered cover. I tried for several nights to get used to it but had no luck. It does put your body in alignment and I am sure would help to relieve pain if used for a while.
