Bought this for a beach trip. I will probably get another one because it is a nice large size and is so package for travels. Regular beach towels are so cumbersome. It isn't made to be absorbent but works great for a beach or pool chair if you're just needing something to sit on or wrap around yourself.
What a good company and Turkish beach towel. The company, Comfi Time, sent a quality pamphlet explaining the product and care. They also sent the nicest thank you card for doing business with them. The beach towel is going to be used for water aerobics. It is lightweight, compact, dries super fast, so practical and stylish. The fabric is soft, so well made and absorbent. The size and color as described and perfect. I got the turquoise and looks like pic and has well made tassels. It has the nicest small bag to put the towel in which makes is so versatile for travel, too to be used as a throw on a plane maybe? I'm taking mine in the car for travel. Just a real appreciating company for me buying the product. Arrived on time, great packaging and price was great. Highly recommend if you are looking for a Turkish towel to order from this company. More like beach blankets than towels. One per average sized individual. They can also be worn as scarfs, shawls, etc. I found mine useful for when I stay out till dark after the beach to keep warm when the temperature gets a little chilly at night. They seem sand repellent enough and would go well with a large beach blanket underneath to cuddle, nap, or relax on the beach. I take one around my neck when I travel.

Bought this for a trip and used it way more than I thought I would! Beach towel, picnics, sorong, and the bag can carry a wet swimsuit!
