Comfort Cup By Chinet Cups & Lids, 16 Oz, 20 Count

I love these cups for coffee at work. Very sturdy, no leakage, and keeps coffee hot for a while. Just the right size for single cup coffee makers. No complaints here.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chinet comfort cup is my new favorite cup for hot coffee. It has a double layer of insulation so hot coffee or tea doesn't burn my hands. It also has an attractive design. The lid has an indent that holds excess liquids when it splashes out. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good disposable drinking cup.

We have used the Chinet 16oz cups for the last 4 or 5 years everyday. Most of the time we have no issues with the cups, but every once in awhile one will leak. They usually leak around the seam, as you can see in the pictures. I know they are only paper cups, but since we are retired, it's disappointing to pay money for something and have issues with it. We use them because my husband has trouble with his hands. He can hold these cups without a problem. (Unless they leak. Lol) I would still recommend them.

I have been buying the 16oz. cups with lids for quite a few years and the past few times I purchased this style cup, I had numerous accidents where the lid came loose causing me to spill my coffee. They also develop leaks along the seam and this never happened in the past. Maybe you should review how things are being assembled and go back to the quality cups you once made.

We bought the 70 pack for a family reunion. I'm a small woman but I couldn't easily grip this cup. It was uncomfortable. Then there is the issue of the defective, cheaply made tops. Twenty of them split while putting them on the cup and came loose. We threw those in the trash. It didn't matter if it was hot or cold liquid, the tops split. My husband ran to the store to buy different ones to save the day from becoming a mess. We won't be buying these cups or ones like it again.

We buy a pack these every 2 to 3 months. Seems to be getting worse. We've used about couple dozen out of this batch and almost half of them have leaked

I've been buying these cups for a long time, the last month or so though I get nothing but leaking cups.

We bought two packs of the 16 oz. comfort cups. Every cup leaked. In order to take a cup of coffee with me to work, I had to use two of these cups together. They would start leaking immediately. If you look at the botttom of the cup where they seal it, you can see where it has come apart even though it is new. If you look through the cup when it's empty and hold it up to the light, you can see light coming through so it only make sense that it would leak. One time it leaked so much through the first cup that by the end of day, I couldn't even separate the cups because they had glued or bonded themselves together. Very frustrating.
