Worth it!!! IMO

Mary July 5, 2020

Love it! I needed to replace my lazyboy and looked at many other recliners. I have a very bad back and when I sat in this chair I immediately felt a lessening of pain. The information stated no assembly, in two areas of the description! The wings, back, leveler feet and power ALL need to be put together before you can use the chair. With that said - its worth it!! It took longer to get it out of the box than it did to assemble and I'm in my late 70's (no tools needed). It would be nice if footrest was adjustable independent of the back and reclining features - not a huge issue tho. The power can be incremental rather than just holding power button. Surprising, I ordered on a Sunday with expected delivery 2 weeks. I received it the Thursday after I ordered it, 4 days!!!!

Amazing quality for the price

Cheri August 31, 2018

It's easy to put together because there are no nuts, bolts, or screws needed. It's just a matter of sliding the chair back into some rails to line it up between the arms. The most difficult part is lining up the side pieces so they slide into the back. It's not that hard, but it takes a few minutes and a little muscle to push it down hard enough to lock into place. This is not mentioned in the instructions: If you don't push it down hard enough so you hear it lock into place, it will be wobbly. The paper instructions are hidden under a piece of cardboard on the bottom of the box and many people may not think to look under that piece of cardboard. The fabric looks nice and doesn't feel like plastic. The motor is nice and quiet and operates smoothly.

Great choice.

JLEL September 1, 2023

This lift recliner not only looks good it is also comfortable. My mom is very happy with the functionality and the ease of use. It's great for those that need an aid to get up out of the chair. The only negative is that it would be great if the footrest could raise further. For those people who have circulation problems, elevating their legs higher is beneficial.

Did not deliver to address on order which required borrowing a pickup truck to retrieve it. Several assembly screws were bent which meant I had to go to a hardware store for replacements. Chair looks and works fine but the extra work involved made me vow to never buy furniture from Walmart again.

Lovely but not for us!

Jan April 20, 2020

It's a lovely chair however I'm returning it. First, it is too high and too big for my husband and he hated the fact that the foot rest only rises as the back goes down. He needs to have his feet up but while sitting upright as well as reclining. Easy to assemble.

Nice recliner with a tiny drawback

Shoman April 11, 2018

It seems like the quality of the recliner is spot-on. No problems with the build quality. My only complaint is that it's not as comfortable as I would like. It does have fairly firm cushions, but that's not so bad. What really feels weird to me is that the distance between the seat cushion and the top of the arm rests is not that great. It almost feels like you're sitting so close to the "top" of the arms that you could easily fall out. Now I don't think you would, it just feels that way compared to most other recliners that I've sat in. Overall, this is a nice recliner and for the purpose that I bought it for, it does it's job very well.

Not Easy to Find The Right Seat Setting

Scott January 25, 2018

I guess with a chair, it's better to try it in a store before purchase. This chair doesn't fit me or the person I bought it for (my mother). Difficult to adjust it to a comfortable seating. When reclined, you need to scooch yourself up toward the seat back. And, if you want to recline partially, the leg rest is nearly all the way down. The leg rest not coming up faster/higher than it does tends to make you want to either sit straight up or recline it all the way. No middle ground.

Not a happy camper

Nancy February 23, 2018

I purchased this recliner for a friend of mine who just had major back surgery. The recliner arrived in a timely fashion but the motor didn't work. My friend had to call your company and was told that you would send a new motor. So far, I have not heard from my friend as to whether they got the motor or not. In the mean time, my friend with the back surgery has not been able to use it. Not a happy camper at this point. Margaret

Beautiful chair but very uncomfortable. You sit on top of the chair and not in it. The leg rest does not rise to a level with the reclining position and so legs are slanted down and cause a swelling of the lower legs and ankles. I would not recommend this chair. Returning is a problem in that the customer must repackage the chair and arrange to ship it back for a refund or exchange.
