Unacceptable defect in material
I really like this chair except there is a very obvious defect in the material and it is right on the front of the top part of the chair. I've tried to contact the company to see if they can just send a replacement for the top part of the chair, but it appears I have to return the entire chair and get a refund. It's too bad that the defect is there because it's a great chair. I'm hesitant to order a replacement because returning the entire chair is not easy.
