Comfort Revolution Originals Blue Bubble Gel + Memory Foam Contour Cooling Bed Pillow

My new pillow arrived in good time. It let me sleep comfortably from the first night

Doesn't seem to have the same support as the last one I bought just like it. Material not as good a quality.

So I ordered 1 to try, got it LOVED IT, absolutely perfect. Reordered 2 more months later, not even close to the same thickness when laying on them. Very very disappointed that the second order was not the same as the first one ordered. Second ordered pillows flatten out when laying on them. Expensive pillow to get disappointed after 1st order was perfect Not sure why its different second go around but cooling was very good in all.

Gel layer has hard raised bumps. This is very painful to sleep on as it like laying on a bed of rocks. My previous pillow, the gel layer was flat.

pillow was so damaged it look like it was used. huge craters in the foam so big it appeared to be stained from the outside of the cover. seams on the side were almost busted.

This didn't come in a box or even a sealed bag. It slipped right out of an open plastic bag when taking it out of the shipping box. I took the removable cover off right away to wash (from the strong foam smell) and this looks gross. A bit yellowed, not white, and the back side has small, medium and finger size holes in it. Idk if its supposed to be that way. Also, the mesh cover that stays on is clung to it in spots that look melted and seams dont look smooth.

So let's talk packaging of what should be a brand new clean pillow! This was simply stuffed in a thin clear unmarked plastic bag and haphazardly shoved into a torn cardboard box and barely taped shut. I bought a smaller version from Costco recently that comes in a nice foil sealed bag with actual company logo on it. This doesn't even have manufacturer information with it. I emailed Sealy directly through Walmart and they insinuated that's just the way the come. The cooling pad wasn't even centered on the king size pillow. They asked for pictures, etc which I provided and then after 5 days still no response from them. I will be returning due to these quality control issues along with the fact I expect a pillow to be shipped appropriately to avoid it being soiled etc. Please look elsewhere. I rarely write reviews but I feel you should all know what to expect. Especially for a one hundred dollar pillow.

I've bought this brand and style of pillow for years. This pillow was very old and smelled awful. The gel had turned from aqua to yellowed and no amount of airing out removed the smell. Guessing this sat in a hot warehouse for a year or two before it was sold. Unusable - had to throw it out. Wish I had returned it, but I had already removed the tags. I won't make that mistake again.

The advertisement labels this product as a "cooling bed pillow." Sadly, in my experience, this is false advertising. I found absolutely nothing cooling about this pillow, so I returned it.

The smell is awful. I'm going to throw it away.
