It has a low, medium and high air output speeds with the top-mounted dial to circulate air or generate a steady breeze with a oscillating function as well. The base has been sturdy enough and it can fit in tight spaces. Perfect for dorm rooms as well.

I love that you can choose whether it oscillates or stand still. The air blows absolutely great! The only thing I had to assemble was the bottom part when it would be able to stand which was a cinch! Definitely recommend!

What a joke of a fan! Barely puts out a whisper of wind. Walmart should be ashamed to sell this toy.
