came fast. very quiet, and perfect size for right next to bed. i need it for medicine induced hot sweats at night.

Less than a year ago, via Walmart online, I purchased two Comfort Zone 9” box fans. Out of the box one worked perfectly and the other activated a GFI. I tried the second fan in various places in our home and it did not activate other GFIs. So I decided to keep both as I like their styling and their quietly moving air. Months later, beyond the Walmart return window, the second fan began reliably activating GFIs. As it was covered by a one year warranty by Mr. Brands LLC, the seller, I sought help from the company website and later when help was twice not forthcoming, I also contacted the seller via Walmart online but received no reply. To receive help at Mr. Brands LLC website I had to register. There my two requests for help had been noticed and had been marked “Solved,” apparently by an H.W. But I had not received any response! So I returned to the company's website and entered a request entitled: : H. W.'s Failure to Contact Me Regarding Resolution. There I wrote, “If a solution or response is not forthcoming then I am deeply disappointed not with Mr. W., per se, but with aspects of his family, his schooling, his ethical training, [and] his religious training that contributed to . . . [his] behav[ing] so disrespectfully. This request caught H.W.'s attention. H. W. responded, “What are you talking about? You want to make this personal, or something? . . . Why don't we address what your issue is. I take this job seriously as my best friend owns this large company, so what is it you need? I am happy to take you on personally to see what this issue is. Here is what I want you to do. Send me the receipt, a picture of the date of manufacture on your box fan and we will take this from the beginning. You will send it to ****@zzzzz.com. I will take care of the rest. Now your [sic]in my sights, and we will get this handled. I complied but H. W. wanted more. He thought the receipt was incomplete so I sent him a more complete receipt so, as he wrote, “I can process this[.]” Next I waited about a week for his response but none arrived. So I wrote to him, “Absent unforeseen circumstances, I assume that if you had been serious you would have responded by now and made good on the one-year warranty for this inexpensive fan.” I then indicated that I would try to describe, as accurately as I can, the absence of customer support and I would make my description public. A few days later, H. W. wrote: “Let me keep trying to help you although I said return it......give me a day or two sir, son just graduated the Army and on my way home. Will go to work for you when I get back Friday and be back with you then.” I immediately replied: “I have no record of your asking me to return the fan. Besides the fan cost only $15 and the postage would cost about $8. Given your terrible track record of following through, I am just going to post my reviews and move on.” And the story's moral? 1. I used it last night was geeat .Helped keep me cool all night long.

We bought this small box fan because of its smaller size, especially narrower depth, a little over 4 inches. It moves a lot of air but it adds a bit of white noise to the area. Goid price. No remote. Nice color. Plastic frame seems pretty sturdy. Shipped timely and packed well. Would buy again. Walmart on-line has some good pricing and product choices going. We check it when comparing prices.

Doesn't put out enough air. I had to put it on full blast to feel the air.

My hand fan blows stronger than this fan. I wish I could get my money back. I gave it as a gift for a student and it was a joke to them. After I saw what it does which is nothing I was embarrassed. The three level blow the same. You feel nothing.
