Got this for the bedroom to go in the window next to the bed, but it's kind of loud even on the low setting so probably wouldn't work for some people. And for some reason, it's like 3 mm too long. I've gotten one of these before and it fit perfectly. Just don't know what happened to it. Think my old one got rained on.
