Comfort Zone Smart Wi-Fi Reversible Twin Window Fan with Cover and Bug Screen

I purchased 2 fans, one for bedroom one for living room. Set up was a snap, the app is easy to use and control fans. I can sit on my sofa and control both fans with the same ease as the remote for my A/C. HIGHLY recommend for everyone...the price is a bit steep, but in my opinion.... worth it

The setup for Wi-Fi was a little tricky to get the Bluetooth to be recognized but I followed the vague instructions a couple of times and now I just activate it on my phone to help circulate heat inside.

I love this fan. The ability to turn it on when we're away from the house with wifi is huge. I can't cope with the sound of a window AC, so we switched to this. Plenty of power and decent sound for sleeping.

Needed a window fan with exhaust function to funnel cannabis smoke out of a bedroom window. Prevents entire house from smelling like weed. Works great and Living Comfort app is easy to setup on local WIFI. Fan has 3 speeds, exterior bug screen for outdoor side... and interior heat shield to keep heat/humidity out when not in use. Recommended.

I love that it can be turned on and off with the app, and a time set for that. My only issue is that it beeps when it turns on and off, and if you set it to come on at night it's annoying. There should be a way to turn off the beep but there isn't unless you take it apart and remove the beeper.

The only problem I am having is attempting to connect to the Alexa app. It is with much difficulty and as of today the 9th of May 2025 I still cannot connect to the app.

We use this fan to remove odors from the room where we keep our litter boxes. It replaced an old fan that lasted for years before it finally gave out. The controls on this fan are easier to use than the old fan, but otherwise we're not very happy. It doesn't exhaust odors as effectively, and it produces an annoying whine.

I ordered Comfort Zone, expandable to 37 inches, with remote. I got Living Comfort, no user manual included so God knows how it's supposed to work, no remote. Walmart and seller want ME to load this thing up %26 spend half a day $60 to rent a car and carry it to another town for dropoff. Absolutelyfreakingnot, abysmal service. Arrived late AND the wrong order, no options for actually getting me the fan I ordered, LOTS of demands for me to waste more of my time and money to STILL end up without my fan. "Angry" doesn't begin to describe it.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MR BRANDS!!! They are the most dishonest company I've ever purchased from. I purchased what was supposed to be a brand new window fan, with both front and back screen covers. However what they sent me was a used fan in an extremely damaged, and poorly taped box, that wss missing both front and back screens. After emailing them, they promised to send out the screens right away. They never did send them. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

The fan was not what I expected. It appears to be so cheap. The side extension wouldn't even stay locked in place. I had to tape it in place. I would never buy this again for the price I paid. I expected a lot more. It was poorly assembled and the power of the fans very low.
