This window fan has been an absolute lifesaver. I needed something with a very low profile for a specific window that I can't raise too high, and this fits and works perfectly in that space. Why it's a lovely fan: Perfect Low-Profile Design: Its slim, compact build is ideal for restricted windows where standard, bulky box fans simply won't fit. Great Cooling Power: Even with its smaller footprint, it does a fantastic job of moving air and keeping the room comfortable. Cleared-Up Break-In Noise: When I first started using it, there was a slight ticking-type noise on startup. However, it completely went away after a short break-in period, and I haven't heard it in a very long time. It runs great now. A note on the "3-Speed" feature: It's worth noting that the fan doesn't actually have different speed levels (like low, medium, high) for the blades. Instead, the "3 speeds" just turn on 1, 2, or all 3 of the individual fans at a single constant speed. It still gives you great control over how much air you want to move, but it's just a different layout than a traditional dial. Overall, it's a great, reliable, and space-saving fan that perfectly solves the problem of cooling a tight window space. Highly recommended!

Easy set-up. Works either horizontally or vertically. Low profile allowing virtually full view out of the window. The three total fans provide decent air flow while offering choice of one, two, or all three operating together. The adjustable temperature control can be set for the fan(s) to operate automatically depending on the inside temperature compared to the outside. I do wish, though, that the fans had variable speed rather than fixed velocity.

I had no fan like this to use during cooler evenings when I don't need to run my heat pump. Now I can shut down my AC to save power and enjoy this quiet fan with a thermostat that can be set so you just turn it on and forget about it until the next morning. The volume of air flow is a lot for my small home. I can run this now instead of using the AC when I only need to remove cooking smells and the heat emitted by cooking, lighting and my Audio Video system. This is a highly engineered design meant to take advantage of efficient low noise high flow fan blades in close fitting tunnels, with the ability to run just one fan while the other two fan openings act as an exhaust. I like the white color for transmitting more light from outside. Recommended for smaller homes. For larger homes you'll want two of these or a big window box fan to move enough air. The adjusting of the fit for my window was easy - just added one of the hard extensions they provide and then expand open the other panel and close the window on it. Only one minor issue I had to fix -- the rubber seal on the end of the extension panel was too loose and it would slide off when moving the fan around. I just added a bit of tape to prevent the rubber from sliding up or down in its loose track. No big deal. The controls that work from either side of the case are a neat idea, as is the way the power cord can be laid in either direction during use, depending on whether you are using this for exhaust or intake of air. I like the white color but regarding ability to open up the case to remove accumulated black dust that these plastic blades and tunnels will attract... it looks doable, just remove the case screws and clean it out. If you select the black version of this fan it will not show that dust accumulation in the fan tunnels. Personally I would not want to bother with a remote control just for the very few options the switches offer and the delicate electronics required in the fan are just one more thing that could break.

I love this fan. It is super affordable for being so flexible and easy to use. It goes in different directions however you choose to put it ....in the window. It brings in natural air conditioner feeling! Good job.

This window fan assembly exceeded my expectations. Installations was super simple . I like that it has different settings depending upon use. Would recommend to anyone.

This fan is quiet and the speed function is very good.

it works ... it shuts off after like 3 hrs of running. .. also not as long as it looks .. I still have 45 in wide windows and after reading everything I thought it would work fine .. it's too short .. but at least its fan I guess ... its not perfect but it does help

I would prefer a fan that doesn't rattle randomly. Poorly made for the price. But what do you expect, everything is overpriced for the quality of craftsmanship they offer.

you would think with 3 fans in one this would push a lot of air but it doesn't! i wouldn't waste your money.
