Neck cushion is incredible comfort, it does not tire the neck, it supports the head very well from the side and back. It feels strong quality and fresh. Just keep in mind that it is a little short at the ends, it does not go around the entire neck, it is still functional for resting.

At first I was skeptical whether the pillow was as good as advertised. But upon receiving and using it I was surprise how good the quality was and it's softness. It is very comfortable and supports my head regardless of how I turn or lean it. Also cover will unzip so it can be washed. I would definitely order it again and highly recommend it.

summertime no school so all they do is travel bought this for my son for his birthday. He loved it very soft and comfortable.

So this item is exactly as described... In My Opinion and only my opinion... Its a little stiff and didnt fit me very well but I am also 6' 4" tall and 290lbs.. Its super lightweight and compact, its made extremely well and the clip in the front is nice. I guess it all depends on what you are looking for... It will definitely support your head.

Used it for my son on a long airplane ride. He couldnt get comfortable with it so he used it as a pillow instead. It worked great as just a regular pillow but around the neck wasnt too comfy.

I have neck pain. when i wake up because of my head is on a angle, i have pain. The material is memory and like a sponge. I didn't want a hard pillow. I wanted a pillow with a little give. The one negative fact is that the material makes me itch. I wrapped a scar around it and it is better. There are no instructions and unsure if the pillow cover can be washed. I will try to hand wash it later.

It was very large and did not fit any member of our family. It looks like it would be extremely comfortable but you would need a very long neck to use it.

Not supportive as implied. More like a clinic neck brace from the softness of the material to contour. If that is what you're looking for…then this is ok. But for real support I suggest a firmer material.
